This exceptional antique diamond brooch has been masterfully crafted in 9ct yellow gold with a silver setting, reflecting the design and fine craftsmanship of the Victorian period.
At its centre lies a magnificent 1.55ct claw-set Old European cut diamond, encircled by eight further Old European cut diamonds in a striking cluster arrangement. Surrounding this central design are eight substantial Old European cut diamonds, ranging from 0.70ct to 0.88ct each, giving the brooch its impressive presence. These are further enhanced by intertwining curvilinear borders set with additional Old European and Dutch cut pavé-set diamonds, completing a perfectly symmetrical and floral-inspired display of brilliance.
The reverse is fitted with a secure 9ct yellow gold hinged pin and clasp, ensuring practicality alongside beauty. As is characteristic of the era, the piece has been independently tested and verified as 9ct gold with a silver setting using advanced Niton XL2 Analyzer technology.
This extraordinary Victorian brooch is supplied with nine independent IDGL diamond grading certificates for the principal stones, alongside a grading report card for the supporting diamonds, giving complete assurance of quality.
