At A C Silver Unlimited, trading as Antique Jewellery Store, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of our antique and vintage jewellery. While antique pieces are not sold with a manufacturer’s warranty, we provide the following assurances and after-sales support.

2. Condition of Antique Jewellery

• All items are antique, vintage, or collectable and may therefore show signs of age, wear, or historical repair.
• These features form part of the unique character and provenance of each piece and are described as accurately as possible at the time of sale.

3. Repairs for Faulty or Damaged Items

• If an item is received in a defective or damaged condition, please notify us immediately.
• Where appropriate, we will assess whether the item can be repaired.
• If repair is not possible, a refund or credit note will be provided. Each case will be assessed individually.

4. Resizing and Alterations

• We may be able to offer resizing or other alterations upon request, depending on the item.
• Any alterations requested after purchase are carried out at the customer’s own risk and cost.
• Items that have been altered or personalised (including resizing and engraving) cannot be refunded, though exchanges or credit notes may be offered.

• Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this policy.
• Repairs requested for such issues may be arranged at the customer’s expense, subject to our approval.
