This stunning, fine and impressive vintage gemstone necklace has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold.
The gemstone necklace has a feature collet set 4.83ct cabochon cut sapphire to the centre.
The feature blue sapphire is encircled by six cabochon cut emeralds set with two claws to either end of the emerald.
The emeralds are alternated with six collet set cabochon cut rubies.
Framing the gemstones are nine fine and impressive collet set yellow sapphires, in a combination of mixed cuts.
The clasp tongue is hallmarked with the French hallmark for gold (eagle’s head) and lozenge shaped maker’s mark.
The vintage 1940s necklace is hallmarked to the reverse of the top side of the pendant with the French mark for 18ct gold (eagle’s head).
This vintage gemstone necklace in gold is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.
