This fine and impressive vintage brooch has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold.
The brooch has been modelled in the form of two stylised lovebirds.
The birds are ornamented with two carved stained agate panels, one green and one blue.
The eyes of the lovebirds are represented by two collet set modern brilliant round cut diamonds.
The brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp fastening.
The reverse of the setting is hallmarked with the maker’s marks ‘Cartier’ and ‘Cartier 1991’, and the 18ct gold marks ‘750’ and ’18K’.
This vintage gemstone brooch is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.
This impressive Cartier brooch is exceptional quality set with stained agate panels and very high colour graded diamonds, displaying a fine white colour and brilliance.
The brooch is an exceptional gauge of gold and is in excellent condition with clear hallmarks to the reverse of the setting.
