This stunning, fine and impressive 1920s gemstone brooch has been crafted in 9ct yellow gold with 9ct white gold settings.
This antique gold brooch is comprised of four simplified graduating flower heads, emanating from a stemmed foliate design.
Each flower head bears a central four-claw set gemstone: 0.19ct red spinel, 0.23ct peridot and two garnets totalling 0.30cts.
The upper portion of the brooch bears two French cut diamonds and the lower portion bears three Old European cut diamonds, totalling 0.25ct, all claw set representing bud designs.
The yellow gold brooch frame bears four leaf motifs accented with a central vein and a curled terminal, completing the design.
The brooch secures to the reverse with a double sprung-hinged pin.
The hinged pin is bears the maker’s signature mark ‘Cartier, London’.
This antique gemstone brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 9 carat gold.
The floral brooch is supplied with an IDGL diamond and gemstone grading report card.
