This stunning antique diamond pendant has been beautifully crafted in platinum.
At its centre, the pierced, circular frame holds a magnificent 1.70ct Old European cut diamond, suspended within the setting. Surrounding the feature stone is a scalloped, millegrain-edged halo adorned with twenty pavé-set Old European and eight-cut diamonds.
The pendant is further enhanced by a collet-set Old European cut diamond from which the scalloped frame gracefully suspends. The reverse reveals an additional arched support structure for the articulating centre diamond; this indicates the high quality of the piece.
The piece is presented on a classic 16-inch platinum chain, attached via two discreet ring loops at the upper border, and secured with a spring-loaded lobster clasp to the reverse.
This antique diamond necklace has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as platinum. It is accompanied by an IDGL diamond grading certificate for the principal diamond and an IDGL grading report card for the supporting stones.
